The school knows in advance
The annual budget is calculated once in August and does not move with how many children arrived in September or left in January.
No charge per student. The school pays for the subject, however many children take it — and every additional child raises income, not cost.
New subjects are added to this same plan as they launch, with no surcharge.
The platform opens entirely on your address — parents never see us. The base plan puts the school on a subdomain with its own brand.
For schools that need the code on their own infrastructure. A one-off licence for a single legal entity and a single school, on a fixed version.
When several schools of one owner or network take the subject, the price falls for each additional one. The head organisation sees every branch in a single view.
Network terms are fixed in the contract. A new school in a network is created on request — it is a separate invoice and a separate set of classes, not “one more tab”.
The annual budget is calculated once in August and does not move with how many children arrived in September or left in January.
Every additional child is income for the school, not a new line on our invoice. That changes the internal conversation from “what will this cost” to “who else should we invite”.
A price band by school size would bring back bargaining over student numbers and counting active accounts. We do not want that conversation — and usually neither does the school.
We will run the numbers on your figures and show the subject with your class.
