Privacy policy
The data controller is Timur Araspayev, sole proprietor. Below is the substance in plain words; the full text is in the document. We handle children’s data, so this page is written in more detail than is customary. The binding text is the Russian-language PDF.

- From the school: organisation name, contact person, phone and email, contract details.
- From the teacher: first and last name, login and password, optionally a profile photo.
- From the student: first and last name, login and password, class, optionally a photo, and lesson progress. We collect neither a phone number nor an email address for the child — the login is created by the school.
- From the parent: first and last name, phone, login and password, and the link to their child.
- Technical data: IP address, cookies, browser and device, access time — standard for a web service.
How we handle it
- Where it is stored. Data of students at Kazakhstan schools is stored and processed on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Why. To provide the service: access to the platform, records of lessons and results, communication with the school, support and security.
- Who sees a child’s data. Their school, their teacher and their parent. Another school cannot see it technically — isolation is built into the data-access layer.
- Children’s data. A student under 14 is created on the school’s instruction and with the consent of parents or legal guardians. We request the minimum necessary.
- Who we share with. Only those the service cannot run without: hosting, payment systems, analytics. We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to advertising.
- No advertising or purchases in a child’s account. A child earns stars and does not spend money.
- Your rights. Request information about processing, correct, block or delete data, withdraw consent. After withdrawal the data is destroyed within 30 days.
- Cookies. Needed for the site to work and for analytics. They can be disabled in the browser — some functions will then be unavailable.
