Terms of service
A public offer by Timur Araspayev, sole proprietor, to provide access to the WinClass platform. Below is the substance in plain words — the binding text is the full Russian-language document.

- Access to the WinClass platform for the organisation: owner, teacher, student and parent dashboards.
- A subject built on the CCSS standard with activities, assignments and reports.
- Platform styling under the school brand and an address on a subdomain; your own domain by separate agreement.
- Platform updates and new subjects as they launch — with no surcharge within the plan.
- Setting up the organisation, migrating lists and training the teacher at onboarding.
What we do not do
- We do not run the electronic register, grades, assessments, timetable or attendance — those stay in the school’s system.
- We do not enter grades into school reporting and do not replace the main subject.
- We do not deal with parents directly on payment: contracts and settlements with families are the school’s.
Payment and termination
- Period. Access is paid monthly or for the school year against an invoice.
- Price. The School plan — 360 000 ₸ per month per organisation, with no limit on student numbers. Network discounts and additional terms are fixed in the contract.
- Termination. The school may withdraw from the service by notifying us in writing. The refund procedure is described in the “Right to withdraw and refunds” document.
- Data on leaving. Lists and results are exported at the school’s request.
